- Individualized Pitching, Catching & Defensive skills Development - Bullpens and Flat Ground
- Explanation of Islander Pitching, Catching Philosophies & Defensive skills Specific Drill Sets
- Sports Medicine Arm Care and Injury Prevention
- Specific Defensive Drill Sets for each position
- Evaluation of Camper's Pitching, Catcher's & Defensive Skills Ability and Suggested areas of Improvement
- Islander Conditioning Workout Presented
- Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt
