The Competition Camps are full day camps that are designed to increase game knowledge and improve a player's ability to participate. It is the belief of our staff that many players will gain valuable information by simply participating in a game. Our full day camp will give the Islander coaching staff an opportunity to instruct individual players on the skills it takes to be a better baseball player, while also providing a full week of games and scrimmages. The competition camp is a great learning tool for beginners as well as the most advanced youth baseball players.

The Skills Camps are morning only camps designed to provide instruction with limited game activities to 8th grade and under baseball players. Our half day camp is designed for beginners as well as experienced players. Our coaching staff will present the skills and drills that we use to increase the level of play of our players. All participants will be introduced to the skills of every defensive position as well as hitting and team drills.

The Showcase Camps are geared to provide the coaching necessary for rapid improvement through fundamental drills and true game situations. Campers will receive personalized instruction focused on the development of their skills and their approaches to hitting, fielding, base-running, and pitching. Through lectures, information will be provided on positive thinking, goal setting, and other skills designed to help campers to fulfill their potential on and off the baseball field. Our primary goal is to help each camper develop self-confidence and belief in their baseball ability.

TAMUCC Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender)
